At Bayona, we have a rich history that dates back to 1990 when our founders, Regina Keever and Chef Susan Spicer, brought their passion for fine dining to the heart of the French Quarter in New Orleans. Our charming Creole cottage, built in 1769, offers a unique and intimate setting for our guests to enjoy our award-winning cuisine and exceptional service.
