Our Programs

• Krav Maga for Adults: Our adult Krav Maga program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and techniques of Krav Maga. Classes focus on prevention, avoidance, escape, and evasion, as well as striking and counterattacks, and defending against all types of unarmed attacks. Students will learn how to assess threats, manage fear, and make quick and effective decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Youth Krav Maga (Ages 5-13): Our youth Krav Maga program is designed to teach children the essential skills of self-defense while promoting physical fitness, discipline, and self-confidence. Classes are tailored to meet the developmental needs of each age group and focus on teaching practical self-defense techniques that can be used in a variety of situations.

• Bang Muay Thai: For students looking to improve their striking skills and overall fitness, our Bang Muay Thai program offers a dynamic and challenging workout that combines the techniques of traditional Muay Thai with the principles of Krav Maga. Classes focus on developing power, speed, agility, and endurance, as well as teaching students how to use their bodies as effective weapons.

• Shuai Jiao: For those interested in learning a new grappling-based martial art, our Shuai Jiao program offers instruction in this traditional Chinese wrestling system. Classes focus on teaching students how to use leverage, timing, and technique to overcome larger and stronger opponents, making it an excellent complement to Krav Maga training.
