About Keith Moore
Keith is an authorized Ashtanga yoga teacher certified by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and has been teaching yoga in the Washington area for over 20 years. He has studied both Iyengar and Ashtanga styles and has made five extended trips to Mysore, India, where he studied with Ashtanga founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Keith has also certification in Rolfing, a form of structural bodywork, which complements his yoga practice and teaching. With over two decades of experience as a massage therapist, Keith has worked with a wide range of individuals, from elite athletes to novice yogis, and those new to sports and movement.
