Our Origins
Our founder, Jen, discovered the benefits of yoga during her pregnancy and continued practicing after giving birth. As a new mother, she found that yoga helped her to build strength, relieve stress, and connect with her body and mind. Inspired by the positive impact of yoga on her life, Jen created Breathing Space Family Yoga to share this experience with other families.
