Our Philosophy

We focus on the original hot yoga method, which consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, designed to restore and rejuvenate the entire body. Our experienced teachers are trained to provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate students with different needs and abilities. We strive to create a sense of community and belonging by encouraging students to support and uplift one another.

Our Services

We offer a variety of classes to suit different levels and interests. Our heated yoga classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, with beginner-friendly movements that are both accessible and challenging. We also offer livestream classes, vinyasa classes, and intermediate-level classes to cater to different learning styles.

Membership Options

We offer a range of membership options to fit your schedule and budget. From our introductory offer of $60 for the first three weeks to our limitless membership, we have options for everyone. Our membership plans include unlimited in-person classes, retail and workshop discounts, and access to our expert teachers.

Private Classes

In addition to our group classes, we offer private classes and workshops for those who prefer one-on-one instruction or want to focus on specific areas of their practice. Our private classes can be tailored to your needs and goals, and can be booked in advance.
