Our Classes & Events

At Agni Yoga School, we offer the Original 26&2 tradition of hot yoga, made popular by Bikram Choudhury. Our sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is accessible to students of all levels. Unlike traditional approaches, we take an evolved approach that emphasizes connection and feeling over squeezing, tightening, and pushing. Our other offerings include:

  • 26 plus 60-minute class
  • YINtegration (Yin Yoga)
  • Yoga Wall
  • Primordial Breathwork

Teacher Training

Earn your RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certification at Agni Yoga School. Our training program is designed for aspiring yogis who want to deepen their understanding of movement and the foundations of asana and 26&2. We'll prepare you to confidently lead, support, and connect with students in a group setting.

Meet Leah Shirley

Leah Shirley, co-founder of Agni Yoga School, is a devoted yoga instructor and the owner of a yoga school. She is guided by her passion to educate and empower people through the art of movement. With a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts and a commitment to lifelong learning, Leah continues to share her expertise by providing lasting value, support, and guidance to the evolving Agni Yoga community.

Our Space

Our space is designed with intention, featuring radiant heat panels with infrared light that helps cells regenerate or repair themselves. Our breathing space provides fresh air while exhausting an equal amount of stale air outside. Our antimicrobial flotex flooring is safe, durable, and captures airborne allergens and dust.
