At Bright Tree Yoga, our purpose is more than just teaching yoga classes. We strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our students. With over 10 years of experience, we have built a community-based yoga studio that caters to individuals of all levels and needs. We believe in making yoga accessible to everyone in a non-judgmental environment.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services, including outdoor yoga classes, private yoga classes, and yoga retreats. Our outdoor yoga classes are held in scenic locations, such as by a private lake, and are designed to help you connect with nature while improving your physical and mental well-being. Our private yoga classes are tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals, families, teams, or organizations. We also offer special group classes for individuals who want to improve their practice or learn the basics of yoga.

Class Types

We offer two main class types: Gentle Flow and Yin Yoga.

  • Gentle Flow: This class is a combination of active and invigorating movement followed by classic long and deep stretches. The class is designed to take the tension out of the body and quiet the mind. We offer posture modifications so you can choose the version of the pose that best suits your needs that day.
  • Yin Yoga: This slow-paced class targets the deepest tissues of the body with long-held passive poses. This class is perfect for those looking for relief from tension and anxiety or for those who want to improve their range of motion.

Private Classes

Our private classes are ideal for individuals who want to improve their practice, learn the basics of yoga, or customize poses for their injuries or needs. We also offer private classes for families, teams, or organizations who want to bond and improve their physical awareness.

Outdoor Yoga
