Unresponsive and Rude Property Management
Many condominium residents may rely on property management companies to handle issues that arise within the building. Unfortunately, Street & Co has let down its tenants by being nonresponsive to a leak in one of its managed properties. The leak went unrepaired for 18 months, causing significant damage and financial loss to the owner of the unit below. In addition to their negligence, the property management company was described as being discourteous and rude in their interactions with the owner.
