Iyengar Yoga Honolulu was founded by Shelley Choy and Ray Madigan, two certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers who are passionate about sharing the benefits of this ancient practice with others. With years of experience and training, Shelley and Ray have created a safe and supportive environment where students can grow and thrive.
Our Services
We offer a variety of services designed to help you deepen your yoga practice and improve your overall well-being. Our online classes are free and open to all, and we also offer recorded classes, instructional videos, and interactive group discussions on philosophy. Additionally, we sell basic yoga props, including chairs, blocks, blankets, and belts, which can help you modify poses and make your practice more accessible.
