Our Story

We're a husband-and-wife team, Alessandro and AnnaMaria, who came from a long line of restaurateurs in Calabria, Italy. Our love for Italy's culture, food, and lifestyle shines through in everything we do. We created PAPI to transport you to the bustling streets of Italy, where food is not just a meal but a moment to be cherished. It's about providing a space where one can indulge in the warmth of Italian hospitality, all while enjoying the convenience of a quick, satisfying meal.

Our pinsa, or Roman-style pizza, is what sets us apart. It's original street food from ancient Rome, offering 48% less sugar, 85% less fat, and 100% less cholesterol. Our fermentation process makes it highly digestible, and our dough is made from non-GMO wheat, rice, and soy flour. Mangiamo!
