Our Story

Named after our beloved yellow lab, Emma, our restaurant opened its doors in November 2008 to rave reviews. Our founder, Casey Egan, had a vision of creating a space where people could come together to enjoy great food, drinks, and company. About Our Owner

Casey Egan, our founder and owner, is a life-long resident of White Plains. With a passion for good food, great company, and exceptional service, Casey has poured his heart and soul into creating a restaurant that's more than just a place to eat - it's a community hub. When he's not running the show at Emma's, Casey can be found spending time with his family, including his beloved lab, Emma, and her siblings, Morgan and Rooney.
