Zach Sanders from Cardinal Financial provided terrible customer service and was unprofessional. He was unfriendly and only seemed interested in the facts, which led the customer to shop around and find a better deal. When the customer informed him that they had decided to go with another company, Zach had a temper tantrum via text, arguing that his rates were better and using unprofessional language. This experience led the customer to advise others to shop around and avoid Cardinal Financial.
Worst Mortgage Company
