Office Scheduling Issues
The reviewer, Todd Rusteberg, had a poor experience with Dr. Alkhouri's office scheduling. Despite booking an appointment 1.5 months in advance, the office failed to notify him of the doctor's unavailability on the scheduled day. Instead, they informed him of the cancellation upon his arrival, claiming they were supposed to call him, which they never did.
Lack of Communication and Disorganization
To make matters worse, when Todd rescheduled the appointment for the next day, he received another call cancelling the appointment, citing that Dr. Alkhouri was no longer taking new patients. This lack of communication and disorganization led to a waste of time and frustration for the reviewer.
Unprofessionalism and Incompetence
Todd attributes these issues to the office's unprofessionalism and disorganization, stating that if this were any other business, it would not survive. He strongly advises against scheduling with Dr. Alkhouri and recommends finding a more competent doctor.
