Negative Experiences
Many reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with their experiences at Nusenda Credit Union. One reviewer, Rebekah Brock, had a problem with her account being held even though it was in the positive, leading her to close her accounts and withdraw all her money. Victor Avila was forced to leave the bank after a manager was rude to him, disrupting his social anxiety. Jc C.'s account was compromised, with an unauthorized purchase of $690 made without his knowledge or consent. The bank's response was unsatisfactory, with the reviewer being told "Too Bad" and feeling highly disappointed. Amy Barreras had a big check held for 11 days, causing her to be late on bills and payments.
