Customer Service Issues
The majority of reviewers have expressed frustration with the customer service provided by the company. They have reported long response times, a lack of response to emails, calls, and texts, and unprofessional behavior from the CEO. One reviewer even stated that they had to resort to filing complaints with the BBB and seeking legal options due to the company's neglect.
Fee Increases and Lack of Transparency
One reviewer experienced a sudden and dramatic increase in monthly CAM fees without notice or explanation. This lack of transparency and communication has led to mistrust and frustration among customers.
