In the wake of the pandemic, we've returned to our roots, offering small group practices in our original beautiful studio space. Our Classes

We offer a variety of yoga classes, from Hatha to Vinyasa, Yin to Restorative, each designed to challenge, inspire, and soothe your body, mind, and spirit. Our classes are open to all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a transformative yoga practice that will leave you feeling empowered and inspired.

*Hatha - Vinyasa*: Our Hatha - Vinyasa classes combine the fluidity of Vinyasa with the alignment and strength building of Hatha. Expect to move with your breath, build strength, and find grace.

*Yin Yoga*: Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. This practice allows you to access deeper layers of fascia, promoting liberation through deep stretch.
