Our mission is to provide a welcoming and safe space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga, regardless of their level of experience. Founded by Alexis Chemnitz, a 200-hour RYT with over 10 years of practice, our studio offers a variety of classes designed to meet the needs of our diverse student community.
Our Services
We offer a range of classes, including vinyasa-based classes that focus on breath, alignment, and the exploration of various yoga postures. Our classes are tailored to suit students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We also provide private and semi-private classes for those seeking a more personalized experience. Our schedule includes classes on Tuesdays at 10:00am and 7:30pm, and Thursdays at 7:30pm, with additional classes available based on interest. Our pricing includes a ten-class series for $150 and a drop-in rate of $20.
