How We Work

We offer remote sessions via Zoom and telephone, as well as in-person sessions at our office with masks. We believe in treating each client with respect, honesty, and genuine concern. In our sessions, you can expect to be given honest feedback and guidance to help you overcome your challenges. Our therapist is passionate about celebrating your uniqueness, strengths, and gifts, and is committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Our therapist holds a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington and is licensed to practice in Washington State. She has extensive experience in treating a wide range of disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and childhood trauma.
