• Psychiatric Evaluation & Diagnosis: We begin each patient's journey with a thorough evaluation, where we listen to their concerns, share their history, and develop a personalized plan for their care.
• Medication Management: Our experienced staff will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan that includes medication when necessary, while also providing ongoing support and education.
• Therapy and PsychEducation: We understand the importance of brief therapy and education in supporting our patients' holistic wellbeing. Our team is dedicated to providing patient-centered care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.
• Pharmacogenetic Testing: We are committed to staying at the forefront of medical research and advances in our field. This includes the use of pharmacogenetic testing to help optimize medication treatment plans.

Our Team

At the helm of our practice is Lee Moore, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP. With a background in education and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Lee has dedicated his career to providing individualized, holistic care to patients. As a board-certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Lee has specialized training in working with a range of patient populations, including those with LGBTQ+ identities, autism spectrum disorder, trauma histories, and substance abuse concerns.

Insurance and Fees

We understand that navigating the world of insurance and billing can be overwhelming. To help simplify the process, we partner with Headway for our insurance billing and payment services. While we are not currently in-network with Medicaid, traditional Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans, we are out-of-network/cash pay and will provide superbills for reimbursement. Our fees are as follows: Initial evaluation, $250 (60 minutes, varying in complexity); Follow-up appointments, $100-$250 (varies with time, complexity, services included).
