Our state-of-the-art facility boasts 22,000 square feet of space, equipped with top-of-the-line equipment to support athletes of all levels, from grade school to professional.
Our Facility
Our facility is designed to provide a comprehensive training experience. We have something for everyone, including bodybuilding, powerlifting, and athletic training. Our equipment selection is unmatched, with over 10 combo racks, 12 Rogue calibrated plate sets, 12 Ohio Power Bars, and so much more. Our athletic turf area spans 150 feet, complete with bumper plates, sleds, tires, medballs, and curved treadmills. We also have a range of kettlebells and a 40-yard dash timing area, as well as a vertical jump mat.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of experienced trainers and staff who are passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Our owner, Sebastian Carcione, is a competitive powerlifter and high school football coach. Our trainers, including Diona Rinconeneo, Brandon, and Kiki Mazza, have a range of backgrounds and expertise, from hairstyling to boxing enthusiast. Our front desk staff, including Kevin Reynolds, are always happy to help with any questions or concerns.

We also offer group training and athletic training programs, as well as special events and workshops.
