For over two decades, The Station Seafood Company has been serving up the best seafood in Houston, Texas. Our journey began in 2004 when our founder, Tre Thomas, started Catfish Station, a seafood concept that operated out of a 14-foot trailer. The concept quickly gained popularity, and we expanded to a small coffee shop location, which we converted into a successful fast-casual seafood destination.
Our Story
As our popularity grew, we continued to innovate and adapt to the changing tastes of our customers. In 2016, we rebranded as The Station Seafood Company, introducing a new and exciting concept that blended our love of seafood with a cajun twist. Our new menu featured a range of delicious dishes, from traditional seafood boils to creative po-boys and pasta dishes.
