The Student Federal Credit Union (SFCU) is a unique financial institution that has been serving the University of Pennsylvania community for over 33 years. Founded in 1987 by three Wharton MBA students, Kenneth Beck, Steven Feld, and Robert Kaplan, the SFCU is the first and only student-run credit union in the Ivy League. Our mission is to provide secure, efficient, and convenient financial services to Penn students, faculty, and staff.
