Our Story

Della Terra, meaning "the earth" in Italian, has been a cherished fixture in the Fairfax district of Los Angeles since 2009. Our mission is to transport our guests to the warmth and charm of a traditional Northern Italian Trattoria, offering an authentic and organic culinary experience. We pride ourselves on delivering the ambiance, flavors, and hospitality that have made Italian cuisine beloved worldwide.

Over the past decade, Della Terra has cultivated a dedicated following, welcoming both casual diners and special occasions alike. Seven days a week, we feature a diverse menu encompassing the essence of Italian dining.

Our pizzas are baked to perfection in our custom Italian wood-fire oven, creating a chargrilled crust and a symphony of flavors that truly embodies the spirit of Italian pizzaiolos. From classic Margherita to the adventurous Fresca Margherita, bruschetta-style, our pizzas are testament to our focus on authenticity and flavor.
