Noshi Sushi is a Japanese sushi restaurant and sushi bar located in the heart of Los Angeles. Our story began in 1983 when our founder, Shogo, opened a small 30-seat sushi restaurant in Koreatown. At that time, Japanese-owned restaurants in Korea Town were rare, but Shogo's large portions, fresh fish, and authenticity soon spread by word of mouth. Today, we are proud to be one of the most popular and highly-regarded sushi restaurants in Los Angeles.

Our Story
In 1990, we moved to our current location, which can accommodate over 100 seats. Since then, our experienced sushi chefs have maintained the traditional Japanese taste of sushi. In 2009, our head chefs, who had worked with Shogo for over 15 years, took over the restaurant, respecting his will and maintaining the recipes and preparations in the traditional way.
