Our Programs

For children, our Little Dragons program (ages 4-7) and Junior Martial Arts program (ages 8-12) focus on building essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. Our adult programs, including Fitness Kickboxing and Adult Martial Arts, provide a challenging workout and an opportunity to learn valuable self-defense skills.
