Dentokan Aikijujutsu
Dentokan Aikijujutsu combines Hakkoryu techniques with advanced grappling and weapon defense, focusing on fluid movements and precise control. Practitioners learn to neutralize attackers using joint manipulation and pressure points without relying on muscular strength. This style emphasizes calmness and strategic thinking, aligning with Eastern philosophical principles for holistic development.
Classical Japanese Swordsmanship
Classical Japanese Swordsmanship trains students in Iaijutsu and Kenjutsu, emphasizing precise sword techniques and kata reenactments of historic combats. Practitioners develop posture, breathing control, and mental focus through graceful, high-intensity movements. This discipline cultivates confidence, dignity, and a deep understanding of traditional samurai combat principles.
Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi Chuan improves health and stress management through slow, flowing movements and breathing exercises. Students enhance balance, flexibility, and inner peace while learning traditional Yang-style forms.
