Our experienced instructors, all of whom are trained professionals, will guide you through a tailored curriculum designed to suit your age and skill level.
Class Options
We offer a range of classes, each designed to cater to different age groups and skill levels. Our Little Dragons classes, for children aged 4-6, focus on developing gross motor skills, self-discipline, and social skills. Our Kids Kenpo and Teens classes, for children aged 7-17, focus on building self-confidence, self-defense skills, and leadership skills. Our Adult Kenpo class, for individuals aged 18+, is designed to provide a challenging workout and improve overall fitness. Our MMA and Champions class, also for adults, pushes students to their limits, teaching strength, confidence, and mental resilience.
Our Facilities
Our martial arts studio is located at 21 N. Plains Industrial Road, Wallingford, CT 06492. We offer flexible class schedules, with classes held from Monday to Friday between 12pm and 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday between 12pm and 5pm.
