Our Services

We offer a range of psychiatric services, including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for mood and anxiety disorders. Psychiatric Evaluations

Before our first meeting, we will provide you with electronic forms to complete, which will give us some information about your concerns and history. You will also receive treatment consent forms to sign electronically. These forms will need to be completed before your first appointment. Our first appointment will typically last 60-90 minutes, during which we will discuss your current symptoms, past treatment, family and social history, and goals for treatment. We will also answer any questions you may have about treatment options and the treatment process. In some cases, a second appointment may be scheduled to collect the information needed to develop a comprehensive treatment plan.

Medication Management/Follow-up Appointments

We believe in prescribing medication conservatively and thoughtfully, and only recommend medication if we believe it will help your symptoms. We use evidence-based treatment approaches and may perform pharmacogenomic testing to inform medication decisions. During follow-up appointments, we will monitor your progress and adjust your medication as needed.

We will work closely with your primary care physician, other medical specialists, and mental health providers to ensure that you receive comprehensive care. We also believe that it is essential for you to feel empowered in the treatment process and be actively involved in your care.

Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for payment. We are in-network with Regence Blue Shield, Premera Blue Cross, some out-of-state BCBS plans, Lifewise, First Choice Health Network, and Aetna. Please confirm that our services are covered under your insurance plan prior to your first visit.
