At Clear Conscience Counseling, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, therapeutic, and counseling services to the community, including the underserved. Our mission is to be the tri-state area's leading intensive in-community and outpatient healthcare provider, offering a unique and integrated approach to both mental health and behavioral disorders for youth as well as adults.

Our Services

Our services are individually developed to meet the unique needs of each patient. They are implemented following a plan of care, and are short-term and solution-focused, utilizing a family-centered approach. We are approved providers for NJ Medicaid and now accept all major insurances.

We offer a variety of therapeutic services, including EMDR, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Outpatient Services, and Intensive In-Community IOP. Our team of professionals is trained in trauma-focused approaches, PTSD, C-PTSD, EMDR, REBT, Anger Management, Bowen Family Systems Approaches, Minuchen Structural Family Approaches, Anxiety, Depression, Clinical Supervision, Addictions, Family Matters, Child Adolescent Therapeutic Approaches, and Eating Disorders.

About EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. EMDR therapy does not require talking in detail about the distressing issue or completing homework between sessions. Instead, it allows the brain to resume its natural healing process. For many clients, EMDR therapy can be completed in fewer sessions than other psychotherapies.
