Our Classes: Finding Your Fight

Boxing 101: This beginner-friendly introductory class is the perfect starting point for anyone new to boxing. You'll learn the fundamental techniques, including proper stance, guarding, and punching combinations, under the guidance of our experienced instructors.
Boxing Fitness: This high-energy, non-contact class blends cardio, strength training, and boxing drills for a total body workout. Expect to jump rope, engage in heavy bag work, shadowbox, and improve your footwork and technique while torching calories and building strength.
Youth Boxing: Designed for young boxers aged 12 to 17, this class focuses on developing fundamental boxing skills while promoting discipline, focus, and teamwork. Rock Steady Boxing: This specialized program is specifically designed for individuals with Parkinson's Disease.
