Services
Integrated Martial Arts
Our Integrated Martial Arts program combines Kali, Jun Fan Gung Fu, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu into a cohesive system. Students develop multidimensional skills through weapon-based drills, empty-hand techniques, and sparring. This approach builds adaptability, physical conditioning, and mental resilience while honoring Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do philosophy of continuous evolution.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Machado-style Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on leverage-based grappling techniques for self-defense and competition. Students learn joint locks, chokeholds, and positional control through structured drills and live sparring. This discipline enhances flexibility, problem-solving skills, and close-quarters combat effectiveness while emphasizing patience and technical precision over brute strength.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Our Muay Thai program teaches the 'Art of Eight Limbs' using punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. Classes include pad work, conditioning drills, and sparring to develop cardiovascular endurance, striking power, and defensive reflexes. This high-intensity workout burns 500-800 calories per hour while building practical self-defense capabilities and mental focus.
Youth Martial Arts
Designed for ages 7-14, our youth programs combine physical fitness with character development. Juniors (7-10) build coordination and confidence through Kali stick work and basic techniques, while Seniors (11-14) advance to complex combinations and leadership responsibilities. All classes emphasize respect, discipline, and safe training practices in a supportive environment.
Self Defense Training
Our self-defense curriculum teaches practical skills for real-world scenarios through the '5 As' framework: Awareness, Assessment, Avoidance, Assertiveness, and Attitude. Corporate seminars and women's workshops focus on situational awareness, de-escalation techniques, and legally appropriate physical responses while building confidence through scenario-based training.
