Welcome to ATL Top Trainer, where we provide top-notch personal training services to clients in Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is to help our clients achieve their fitness goals through customized workout programs and expert guidance from our certified health and fitness professional, Jason Rumpf.
Jason has over 12 years of experience in providing individualized strength and conditioning programs for clients of all ages and abilities. He holds certifications in Personal Training, Weight Loss, Weight Maintenance, and Joint Injury Rehabilitative Training. Jason's approach is built on the belief that the most important hurdle to overcome is not the physical workout itself, but the mental conditioning that is needed to make fitness a consistent habit. He works with his clients in building this mental conditioning, which will in turn build their confidence and create an overall fitness and nutrition program built on consistency!

- Post Physical Therapy (PT) Fitness: Our PT fitness program is designed for individuals who have completed physical therapy and are looking to transition back to regular exercise and/or sports activities. We work closely with physical therapists to ensure a safe and effective continuum of care.
- Glute Camp: Our Glute Camp program is a high-energy, results-driven workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and shape your glutes. This program includes a combination of strength training, plyometrics, and conditioning exercises.
- Free Workout Sign-Up: We offer a free workout sign-up for new clients who want to try our services before committing to a program.
- Post-Rehab Fitness FAQ: We provide a comprehensive FAQ section that addresses common questions about post-rehab fitness and how we can help.
