Our Story

Silveri Management Company was founded in 1989 by President Glenn A. Turek, a licensed real estate salesperson and broker since 1979 and 1983, respectively. With over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions under his belt, Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Kevin J. Lipke, Vice President and licensed real estate broker, joined the firm in 1997 and has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth and success. Lauryn Neldon, Property Manager, brings over five years of experience in commercial property management to the team.
