Customer Service
Westerra Credit Union has received a mix of positive and negative reviews. Some customers have praised the institution's exceptional customer service, citing their mortgage representatives, Kevin Kendall, Dave Frey, and Bryan Wisher, as being highly communicative and knowledgeable. They have also commended Joy Mantelli for her professionalism and assistance in refinance processes.
Inconsistencies and Errors
However, some customers have experienced issues with Westerra's customer service. Tom Sauthoff was left waiting for 15 minutes before being told that the next available appointment time was eight days later. Matthew Katie had a frustrating experience with Francesca, who could not answer his questions and was unhelpful in resolving an issue with his account. D. H. had their business account fully blocked on a Friday, with no one available to unblock it until Monday, causing disruption to their business operations. Robert Fuentes left a negative review because he was never notified of a delinquent account and was sent to collections, causing him to have to go through a lengthy process to clear his credit report.
Banks and ATMs
Some customers have also expressed dissatisfaction with Westerra's banking services. Aileen Wang mentioned that there is no Zelle, and ATMs hardly ever work, making it difficult to use the bank for business purposes. January Frazier noted that the bank's online option was difficult to use.
