Meet Our Team

At the heart of Little and Molligan are our three expert team members: Aaron Whitmore, Betsy Little, and Paula Molligan. With a combined 60 years of experience, our team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every family we work with.

Aaron Whitmore

Aaron has a B.A. in Human Development from Colby College and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. With 21 years of admission experience, Aaron has reviewed over 7,000 applications and has served on the Bay Area Admission Directors Steering Committee for over a decade.

Betsy Little

Betsy holds a BA in Political Science from Colgate University, an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University, and an MA in Special Education from San Francisco State University. With 20 years of developmental screening assessment experience, Betsy co-authored four editions of the Private K-8 Schools of San Francisco and Marin and the Private High Schools of the San Francisco Bay Area books.

Paula Molligan

Paula earned a BS in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and a MA in Special Education from San Francisco State University. With over 12 years of experience as a middle school administrator and Head of a private school in Marin, Paula is an experienced learning specialist.
