Our History
Sherwin Heyboer's journey in property management began at a young age, when he purchased his first duplex at just 20 years old. With limited resources and a lot of hard work, he slowly built up his portfolio, eventually purchasing a 16-unit multi-family complex in 1976. In 1979, he was approached by a group of investors who wanted to purchase the complex, but only if he would agree to manage the property. This marked the beginning of S&G Properties, as Sherwin went on to manage more properties and expand the company's reach.
