At Yoga World Studios, we believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, ability, and gender. Our studio is the longest running yoga studio in Long Beach, California, and we have been sharing the benefits of yoga with our community for over 20 years.

Our mission is to provide a safe and intelligent approach to yoga, tailoring our classes to meet the unique needs of each individual. We believe that each person is unique, and their yoga practice should reflect that. Our staff is dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment that allows our students to grow and evolve on their yoga journey.

Class Styles

At Yoga World Studios, we offer a variety of class styles to suit different tastes and levels of experience. Our classes include Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Anusara, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Our experienced teachers are trained to accommodate students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Teacher Training

Our 200-hour Teacher Training program is designed to take your yoga practice to a deeper and more meaningful level. Our program is accredited by the Yoga Alliance and is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to teach yoga safely and effectively. Our training program covers a range of topics, including yoga history and philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and the business of yoga.
