Freimark Properties is a family-owned and operated property management company that has been serving the greater Seattle area for over 46 years. Established in 1973 by Floyd Freimark, the company has grown and evolved over the decades, but its commitment to providing high-quality, affordable housing has remained constant. Today, the company is run by Steve Freimark and his wife Becky, who serves as the Manager overseeing the Villa Don and Royal Terrace apartments.

The Villa Don Apartments, located at 21323 80th Ave W in Edmonds, are known for their friendly atmosphere, clean and well-maintained units, and free parking.
