Meet Our Team

Ryan Megenity, CCIM, is the Designated Broker/Owner of Rainier Property Management. He is responsible for the management, long-range planning, sales, and marketing for the company. Ryan has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, starting with RPM in 1994. When not involved in commercial real estate projects, Ryan enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and is an active member of Everett Mountain Rescue.
