Our Story

Anne Marie Bauer, the owner and operator of Alderwood Property Management, Inc., has a strong background in business, law, and community management. With a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University and an advanced paralegal degree from Edmonds Community College, Anne Marie has spent over 20 years working as a litigation and corporate paralegal. She began her career in association management by managing her own condominium in Lynnwood and eventually expanded her services to manage other HOAs. In 2005, Anne Marie incorporated Alderwood Property Management, Inc. to provide small, client-driven property management services.
