Vivat Ballet! is a renowned dance institution that has been nurturing dancers since 1970. Our primary focus is on the proper development of dancers, from small children to adults, using the Russian Vagonova Method of classical ballet. We believe that proper technique is the foundation of all dance forms, and we strive to instill this discipline in our students.

Studio Safety

At Vivat Ballet!, we take the safety of our students seriously. We have strict guidelines to ensure that our studio is a safe and secure environment for all. These guidelines include proper hair management, with all hair pulled up off the face and in a bun, and no unnatural hair coloring or visible tattoos during performances.

Classes

We offer a wide range of classes that cater to students of all ages and skill levels. Our curriculum is designed to provide a comprehensive ballet education that emphasizes proper technique, self-discipline, and creativity. We offer classes in ballet, pointe, variations, character, modern, and jazz, all of which are accompanied by a pianist.

A Christmas Dream, Spring Fairytale, and The Last Unicorn

These original ballets are part of our annual performances and are beloved by our students and audiences alike. A Christmas Dream takes place during the holiday season and tells the story of a young girl's dream of a magical Christmas Eve. Spring Fairytale is a charming ballet that features fairytale characters and encourages audience participation. The Last Unicorn, based on the novel written by Peter S. Beagle, follows a unicorn on a journey to determine if she is truly the last of her kind.

Progression Night, School Recital, Ballet Under the Lights, and Performance Intensive

These performances provide our students with the opportunity to showcase their talents in a professional setting. Progression Night highlights the progress of our students throughout the year, while our School Recital features students from all levels performing a variety of pieces. Ballet Under the Lights is a unique outdoor performance that takes place in the summer, while our Performance Intensive is a rigorous program that provides advanced dancers with the opportunity to hone their skills.
