Welcome to Inner Power Yoga, an award-winning yoga studio that offers daily power yoga classes for all levels from beginner to advanced. Our mission is to provide a supportive, welcoming, warm, and eco-friendly space for everyone who would like to be part of our community. We encourage our students to cultivate a healthy, positive, and empowered way of life through the regular practice of yoga.

When you step into our studio, you will be greeted with a spacious and inviting space with bamboo floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light overlooking a beautiful lake. It's a serene, peaceful yet powerful setting for a lifetime of practice and transformation. Our dedicated teachers have a genuine interest in all of their students, providing peace and tranquility fused with a challenging workout that strengthens both the body and the brain.

Classes

At Inner Power Yoga, we teach vinyasa yoga, also known as power yoga, which is one of the most popular forms of yoga practiced in the world today. Our classes link movements and breath together, allowing you to experience a "state of flow" where your practice becomes effortless, and you become stronger and more flexible than you have ever thought possible. We keep the studio temperature between 80 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit to allow the body to stretch safely and effectively, taking advantage of the healing and detoxifying power of the heat.

We offer a variety of classes for all levels:

  • Basics: Great for beginners and all levels. This yoga class is designed for individuals who are new to yoga or looking to revisit the foundational principles of the practice.
  • All Levels: All levels welcome - Advanced options offered. A challenging, yet accessible class, helping students find their edge, strengthen their bodies, and stretch their minds to discover what is possible.
  • Sunrise (Slow Flow): Great for beginners and all levels - Slower pace. This class is a perfect way to wake your body and mind naturally. Enjoy an hour of yoga that begins with mindful movement and builds into a breath-centered flow that will leave you ready to start your day.
  • Mysore Ashtanga: Traditional practice. Ashtanga yoga is traditionally taught in the Mysore style- individual instruction and assists in a group setting, at the student's own pace. Students are gradually given poses in a sequence that they practice within an open block of time.

Events & Workshops

We offer various events and workshops to help our students deepen their practice. Join us on the first Sunday of each month for Asana Club, an open practice where you can flow with fellow students and receive individual assistance from our teachers. We also offer a yoga teacher training program for those interested in deepening their practice and becoming a certified yoga teacher.
