Our Story

Our founding studio in Ashburn has been serving the community for almost a decade, providing a cozy and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their practice. Our second studio in Leesburg, located in the heart of downtown, offers a unique yoga loft filled with light and healing energy. Both studios are designed to be a soft place to land, where students can feel treasured and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Our Services

At Easy Day Yoga, we offer a diverse range of classes and programs to cater to different needs and levels of practice. From yoga therapy and energy healing to workshops and retreats, our experienced and knowledgeable instructors are dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all. Teacher Training

Our 200-hour yoga teacher training program is designed to provide a comprehensive and holistic education in the science of yoga. Our program takes a holistic and inclusive approach, providing students with a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, asana practice, pranayama, and meditation. Our goal is to empower students with the skills and confidence to hold space for themselves and others, and to inspire a deeper understanding of yoga as a way of life.

Locations

We have two studios conveniently located in Ashburn and Leesburg, Virginia. Our Ashburn studio is located in the Goose Creek Village Shopping Center, and our Leesburg studio is situated in the heart of downtown Leesburg. Both studios offer a peaceful and serene environment, perfect for exploring your practice and connecting with our community.
