Destination Dumplings is a unique handmade dumpling experience brought to you by two kids from Queens, NYC. With a combined 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, founders Chef Tristan Chin-Fatt and Deon Whiskey have used their diverse food and beverage knowledge to create an exciting array of dumpling flavors. Tristan's unique Chinese-Jamaican heritage is reflected in the dumplings, which showcase food from both his and his wife's culture. The founders have managed restaurants ranging from Japanese to Mexican to French, and have drawn inspiration from the many cultures and countries they have encountered. Destination Dumplings aims to combine traditional dumpling cooking methods with new flavors and presentation, resulting in a culinary experience that represents not only their mixed heritage but also the diverse city they grew up in.
