Association Management
We manage over 50 condominium and planned unit development associations, ranging in size from a dozen to 250 units. As a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), we strive to provide high-caliber service, responsiveness, and professionalism to our clients.
Brokerage Services
Our brokerage team of experienced brokers assists clients in all areas of real estate brokerage, including marketing/sales of commercial and apartment properties, leasing commercial space, and buyer and tenant representation. We are proud to be a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA).
Commercial Property Management
We currently provide full-service property management and accounting for retail, office, general commercial, and mixed-use properties. Our team's strengths include keeping pace with market rents, income and expense analysis, and hiring and supervising on-site personnel.
Residential Management
Our residential management team's strengths include keeping pace with market rents, income and expense analysis, and hiring and supervising on-site personnel. We offer leasing and management of single-family homes and condominium units, and are a member of the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound (RHA).
