Yoga has had an immense impact on my life, and I'm passionate about sharing its benefits with others. As a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist with over 800 hours of training, I'm equipped to teach group classes and work with individuals, using my extensive knowledge and experience to create a supportive and engaging environment.
