Our Story

Meet Chef Harris, our owner, who brings his passion for Italian and French cooking to every dish. His journey began at the Culinary Institute of America and continued at President Obama's favorite Chicago restaurant, Spiaggia. Chef Harris is dedicated to supporting our local community, using locally grown produce and participating in community events. He believes that Pearl is not just a restaurant but a way to bring people together.

Meet Our Team

Chef Harris is joined by Chef Nick Duval, who started as a Dishwasher at Pearl in 2007 and has since risen through the ranks to become Chef/Partner. Nick's passion for cooking is evident in every dish he creates. Together, they strive to provide an exceptional dining experience that exceeds expectations.
