Our Story

At Williams Restaurant, we take pride in our long history of providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The word "Ksenos" means both stranger and guest, a synonym that occurs only in the Greek language. Throughout their history, the Greeks regarded a stranger as a guest and treated them like royalty. At Williams Restaurant, we carry this tradition forward by treating each and every one of our guests like royalty. We are a family-owned and operated restaurant that has been serving the community for over 35 years.

Our story began in 1970 when William and Maria Vasiliadis, along with their young children, arrived in the United States from Greece. In 1983, William Vasiliadis purchased the former Pegasus and renamed it Williams Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge. Over the years, we have been fortunate enough to have had multiple generations of our family involved in the business, from our son Chris to our grandson Nick. Today, we are proud to say that we are still family-owned and operated, and we strive to continue the same traditions that have made us a beloved institution in the community.
