Our Approach

Our therapeutic methods are evidence-based and tailored to address a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to: child and adolescent challenges, mood disorders, stress management, depression, anxiety, assertiveness, and self-esteem. Our diverse expertise allows us to work effectively with clients of all ages, from young children to seniors.

Our Team

At the helm of our practice is Practice Owner and Certified Therapist Tracy Hood, LCSW, CCATP, PCIT. Tracy brings over 15 years of experience in the field, with a specialization in Early Childhood Mental Health. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland and has received additional training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Early Childhood Mental Health Certification.

Joining Tracy is Clinical Therapist Lisa Gammo, LCSW, who brings a wealth of experience in early childhood mental health. Lisa has worked with children and families for nearly two decades, with expertise in ADHD, anxiety, and social skills development. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Monmouth University and has received additional training in pediatric mental health.

Rounding out our team is Clinical Therapist Donna Napoli Velasco, LCSW, a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience in adult mental health and addiction. Donna holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University and has completed additional training in addiction counseling.
