Navesink Psychological Services is a group of mental health professionals dedicated to providing therapy, evaluations, and consultation for children, adolescents, families, adults, and organizations. - George W. Halliwell III, M.A., LPC, NCC, is a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, families, and systems. He takes an active and holistic approach to therapy, relying on evidence-based modalities such as motivational interviewing, CBT, integrative behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
- Tom Gambino, Psy. D., is a certified school psychologist and licensed psychologist with experience working in schools and mental health clinics. He specializes in CBT for anxiety, depression, oppositional behaviors, and social skills improvement. Dr. Gambino also provides consultation to parents and guardians to improve their child's behavior at home.
- Ashley DeLorenzo, LCSW, RPT, is a licensed clinical social worker and registered play therapist with over 10 years of experience working with children, families, and adults. She specializes in CBT, exposure response prevention, habit reversal training, solution-focused therapy, and child-centered play therapy. Ashley has extensive experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral difficulties, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder, as well as anxiety disorders.
- Michele Noesges, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working with adults impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. She specializes in psychoeducational and therapeutic groups, as well as individual therapy.
Our Evaluation Team
Our evaluation team is composed of licensed psychologists who specialize in diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. We offer comprehensive evaluations for a range of issues, including learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and mental health disorders. Our evaluations are designed to provide a clear understanding of each client's strengths and challenges, as well as recommendations for treatment and accommodation.
Our Behavioral Team
Our behavioral team is composed of licensed psychologists and mental health professionals who specialize in behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis (ABA). We offer comprehensive behavioral assessments and interventions for children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and other neurological differences. Our behavioral interventions are designed to promote positive behaviors, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve overall quality of life.
Services and Fees
We accept most major insurance plans and offer a sliding fee scale for self-pay clients. Our fees vary depending on the type and length of service. We are happy to provide a free phone consultation to discuss our services and fees in more detail.

A: We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
